• Strengthen the distribution and sales network by increasing the SIM & Data Selling Outlets to the maximum possible extent in the assigned cluster
• Increase Market and Customer share, ensure sales of high revenue ticket items and Apps
• Develop monthly plans to increase sales revenues by
analyzing market, competition and relevant reports
• Manage Partners to drive the basic distribution parameters such as Channel profit and Channel satisfaction
• Lead a team of TSMs , coordinate with Market Communications, Customer Service and Marketing teams to deliver business KPIs
• Provide competition information and relevant feedback to the Marketing team
• Guide TSMs to achieve business KPIs and coach them to take on larger responsibilities

• 5+ years of relevant experience in Telco/ FMCG / related industries
