Must have Sound knowledge on IT and Technical concepts (a qualified recruiter should have this skill to understand the requirements on any technology) Technical background preferred.
Candidates should have excellent verbal / written communication & interpersonal skills
2+ years of experience in Identifying & Validating Be proficient in Sourcing and Headhunting candidates through all possible channels such as Job Portals as Dice, monster, CareerBuilder, and thru references, professional networking.
Should have good experience working with direct clients and partners most of the time.
Must be able to bring in new employees through marketing and maintain a strong bench.
Ability to demonstrate Full Recruiting Lifecycle (gathering requirements, candidate prospecting, candidate screening, Negotiations, candidate submission, follow-up, Interview, offer negotiation & On Boarding etc)
Responsible for Strategy Development process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets.
Must be able to provide quality oriented resumes in target time.
Responsible for Coordinating completion of other formalities such as background check, drug test etc leading to joining post placement.
Maintaining Candidate/Vendor relation on the progress of submittals made, Interview Coordination and taking care of the joining formalities.
Must be having capability to work with a team or individually.
