Key Qualifications
Design & implementation of strategies and programs for increasing customer satisfaction.
Appointment of new service centers based on sales volume at new location & up gradation of existing Authorized Service Centers based on repair level.
Appointment of new distributors and micro distributors for giving maximum business in sales.
Imparting training to ASP engineers and Executives on new models & technologies.
Design & implementation of strategies and programs to keep complaint below minimum benchmark levels.
Handling escalated customer issues.
Be adequately trained and updated on any changes that take place from time to time.
Facilitate and drive action plans for process improvement of Service & sales.
Appointment Asp based on Service at new locations.
Technical support & Training for SSD technicians and Service Executives.
Responsible for low repair time by having quality repair through Asp.
Monitoring & Ensuring 100% usages of System software at Asp end.
Up gradation of existing Asp based on repair levels.
Controlling calls And DOA volume.
Keeping track of my service, Revenue & Cost Technical support & Training for SSD
Maintaining good relation with dealers and distributors and motivate them to generate business.
Visiting ASP, Dealers & distributors to check customer complaints & quality issues.
Manage Service & Sales Process at Team Level.
Responsible for low repair time by having quality repair technician
Ensuring Timely closure the calls so as to meet up the Customer/Trade satisfaction and hence adhering to the Benchmarked SLA.
Weekly organize happy calling with ASP and Distributors.
Monitoring & Ensuring 100% usages of System software at ASP end.
