At Present there are 2 Divisions at Kimberly Clark. Kimberly Clark Levers is involved into B2C route with major brands as Huggies, Kotex, Depend and Baby Wipes,Huggies – product category is into Diapers, Kotex – a sanitary care brand is currently out of Market, Depend is a brand of Adult diapers
Job Description

Tentative Drive Date: 15th March or 20th March

Scheduling Process: Just inform the candidates regarding the drive dates, do not schedule

Location HQ: Gorakhpur, Varanasi, Kanpur, Lucknow

Year of experience: 4-10 years

Age Criteria: Max Age limit is 33 years for Sales Executive; 35 years for Senior Sales Executive

Current CTC: Sales Executive-6.0 Lakhs to 7.2 Lakhs fixed + 15% Variable Pay as CTC and expenses over and above CTC

To expand distributor and Retail Coverage to enhance business opportunitieDevelop Area strategy to incorporate basis plansSet Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly TargetsAchievement and Monitor progress of Redistribution Value and volume targetEnsure product availability at all relevant channels through the distributor’s to match the targets.

Ensure continuous development of assigned area and addition of new outletsRegular interactions to develop strong business relationship with retail partners.
Experience 4 – 10 Years

Salary 3 Lac To 6 Lac P.A.
