Receptionist Job in Josoft Technologies

We are looking for a Receptionist to be responsible for greeting clients and visitors to our office, manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative tasks.
Role & Responsibilities
Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Create and manage both digital and hardcopy filing systems.
Answer telephone calls and take messages or forward calls.
Confirm appointments and meeting over the call.
Copy, file and maintain paper or electronic documents and records.
Possibly managing office supplies such as stationery, equipment.
Handling the courier related work over the call and mail.

Requirements
Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to successfully communicate with the public, other employees and vendors.
The candidate should be a graduate in any specialization.
Demonstrated excellent organizational, coordinating and personal interface skills.
Should have good Organizational skills.
The candidate should process Strong customer service skills.
Candidate should have min 6 months experience as a corporate Receptionist in a clerical or administrative role .
The candidate having proficiency in MS Office will be preferred.

Salary Structure
The salary range will be between 6.5K to 8K per month as per the experience.
