Appoint Dealers in your territory
Extensive travel in the allotted territory
Participate in trade shows & exhibitions
Lead the sales team by example and manage the support staff well
Ensure timely collection of payments and control outstandings
Ensure timely reporting (in writing) of all sales, marketing, product and most importantly any legal and regulatory matters.
Technically master the product so that customers can get confidence in the product and company.
Interact with the customer at many levels. A) On the shop floor with the technicians, plant operators and production manager b) In the office, with the purchase department or Quality Assurance Department
The selected candidate will be reporting directly to the Director of the company.
