ResponsibilitiesPlanning and signing long-stay residential real estate through local sources (builders, agents, brokers, and homeowners)Targeting high demand clusters for short, medium, and long term supplyCoordinating with the Revenue and Operations team to ensure that the property stays active as a profitable business unitManaging relations with the property owners – negotiating and renegotiating as per business requirement
