Job Purpose (1-2 line high level summary of why does the position exist and what value it adds to the organization)
Non Aero area is substantial and commercial team is working on the overall development of Land Monetization along with Master Planning team of Projects. The coordination between all stakeholders as well as to meet all the demands of the development one senior person is required.

Overall infra and city development knowledge is required with hand on experience in infrastructure, buildings, malls etc.
Entire landside development

Infrastructure back ground with sound knowledge of civil work involved as per town planning and master planning is desirable
Non aero development

Basic knowledge of development such as setback, CFO compliances , Power supply and the local guidelines as per GOI
Basic Local laws laid by GOI
4
The basic three essential keys of Project cost, Quality and time
Project delivery as per schedule
5
Overall knowledge of BOQ, Contract conditions, Planning and Scheduling, project implementation etc.
All aspects of the projects from inception to handover
6
Should be in senior position in a present job experience is preferred
Should Liaise with all stake holder understanding their requirements and taking conscience decision as per company guidelines

Certification course in specialization of Project management added advantage.
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE: (no. of years of technical, functional, and/or leadership experience or specific exposure required)
18 to 20 years of experience in Mix use development such as Malls, Infra network of road along with SWD,Power supply, Duct bank, hotels ,hospitals etc.
